An organization currently recognized as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization by the IRS

An organization that is not recognized as a 501(c)(3), but needs a fiscal sponsor that is recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization or political subdivision eligible for charitable contribution under the Internal Revenue Code. Also applies to community groups for Project Hope.
